Al Sanabel is a catering business providing employment and a professional, empowering work environment together with personal support for women from the Arab and Bedouin sectors.
Al Sanabel is a catering business established to provide employment for single mothers who are below the poverty line in the Negev Bedouin community of Hura. The catering factory makes nutritional and healthy school meals for children who are entitled to receive a warm meal a day from Israel’s Ministry of Education as well as food for catering services. The business provides significant support to the residents of the southern community as a portion of the profits from the business are re-invested in the local community for educational and community programming.
