Gvanim Shel Matok (“Shades of Sweetness”) is a chocolate factory employing youth-at-risk, who learn to produce and sell chocolates as well as assist in the running of chocolate workshops.

Youth employed by Gvanim Shel Matok attend weekly meetings, where they gain experience in the preparation of a variety of chocolate products, with a special emphasis on behavior and skills that are essential for success in life. Along with its social mission, Gvanim Shel Matok also has an impressive client base, ranging from families, public institutions, businesses and NGOs. All products are hand made from the best raw materials, by young, soon to be certified, chocolatiers. The youth are paid a fair wage while gaining top professional guidance.
