Kivunim

For over 20 years Kivunim has been dedicated to enabling young adults with physical disabilities to live independently and integrate meaningfully into the community. The organisation provides social services and housing solutions to enable people with physical disabilities to live independently, including housing solutions enabling people to move from institutions or living with their parents to live in the community with peers.

Kivunim focuses on strengths and abilities. Their programmes are designed to build self-confidence, enhance independence and self-management skills, and foster social inclusion.

Si3 financing assisted Kivunim to purchase and operate two new apartments in the northern town of Nahariya. These apartments will provide crucial, independent housing for people with disabilities aged 21-35.
